1. Go At Start And Press Run
2. Write gpedit.msc
3. Go To Computer Configuration
4. Administrative Templates
5. Network
6. QoS Packet Scheduler
7. Now Go To Limit reservable Bandwidth And Double Click It [ It's On The Right ]
8. The Default Value Is Not Configured But You Have To Check Enabled Change 20% to 0%,click apply, Ok
9. Restart Ur Computer
