Cheat Engine
Steps:
1. Go into Jumping Dog
2. Open cheat engine.
3. Select browser in process list.
4. Click Enable Speedhack.
5. Change value to '0.5' [OR lower if 0.5 is still too fast for you]
6. Start jumping. As the speed is slower, you can easily grab all the balloons and get a high score. Have fun.
