1. Create a Fan Page Category"Artist, Band or Public Figure"

2. Go to your Admin Panel > Setting > Page Info > Click Facebook Web Address

3. Click Create a web address for this page?

4. Put your Old Username Profile > Click Check Availability

5. Go to your Setting  > Change your Username
